REGULATIONS
• Arrivals and departures are on Saturdays. During the low season reservations are also accepted for periods shorter than one week (to check availability and rates send a mail to info@casalelacedrina.com ).
• Apartments must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Check-ins are after 5 pm.
• During the winter central heating is available as an optional extra. All windows are equipped with mosquito screens. All apartments are non-smoking. No pets allowed. Unfortunately our apartments are not suitable for children.
• To confirm your reservation a 25% deposit is required. Balance is to be paid on arrival. A small damages deposit is required on arrival to cover any damages, heating costs and extra cleaning costs should the apartment not be left in a clean and tidy condition. Rates are inclusive of all services mentioned under “Services”. Rates do not include heating costs and pool towels.
• The owner, Valentina, will be glad to help you organise your stay by providing books, guides and maps as well as useful information on what Tuscany has to offer.
